For all international clients outside of India, services are provided by GrowMediaMore LLC, a single-member LLC registered in Wyoming, USA, governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
GrowMediaMore provides premium digital infrastructure services, including high-level backend development, social media management infrastructures, technical SEO, and custom AI business automations. We do not sell artificial social media growth or fake engagement metrics.
We guarantee 100% human-only support for all active clients. We do not utilize automated AI support bots for client communications, ensuring you always speak directly with a genuine technical expert.
Upon full payment of custom development milestones, intellectual property rights for the specific delivered code and digital assets transfer to the client. GrowMediaMore retains the rights to pre-existing proprietary frameworks, scripts, and server deployment architectures used to build the final product.
Payments for priority digital assets processed via our Express Creative Portal are securely handled by Stripe. Due to the immediate allocation of agency resources and the non-returnable nature of downloaded digital artwork, all Express Portal payments are final and non-refundable once production has commenced.
In no event shall GrowMediaMore, its CEO, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our digital infrastructures, or marketing services.
