Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Development & Strategy Services

Due to the bespoke nature of our high-level backend architecture, custom PHP development, and dedicated digital scaling services, all sales are final once work has commenced. We dedicate significant human capital and strategic resources immediately upon project initiation. Refunds are not provided for custom development once the architecture phase has begun.

2. VPS & Cloud Management Retainers

For recurring server management, SMM infrastructures, or SEO retainers, clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to admin@growmediamore.com at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If an administrative error results in an incorrect charge, or if GrowMediaMore completely fails to initiate a requested project within the mutually agreed timeline, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
